Email support@theunfairai.com and a person will read it. If it's about a recording happening today, say so in the subject line.
If you run a show, your plan decides what else you get:
A business day is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm US Central time, excluding the closure days we publish.
The Production is the software a podcast host uses to organize their show. If you've been emailed about recording an episode, that email came from a real host who uses us to handle the scheduling — not from us, and not from a mailing list you were added to.
It's a short conversation in your browser — about 8–10 minutes — with an AI producer that asks a handful of questions and listens to the answers. The host hears it before deciding. Nothing is published anywhere, and you can stop at any point.
Every email of that kind carries a link to say you're not interested. Use it and the show won't contact you again about it. If you can't find the link, email us and we'll take care of it.
The link at the bottom of any email from the show takes you to your own page, where you can update your details, choose who else is copied on emails, and turn text messages off. If you want your information removed altogether, email us and tell us which show — we'll pass it on and confirm when it's done.
Documents and photos are kept while the host's account is open. Audio and video files are removed 30 days after the recording by default (the host can change this in Settings), with a week's warning to the host, so nothing disappears without someone knowing.
The full help — setting up bookings, connecting Zoom and your calendar, automations, guest reminders — is inside the app under Support, once you're signed in.
Locked out, or something looks wrong with your account? Email us rather than waiting — we can see more than the sign-in page can tell you.
How to connect Zoom, what we read from it, and how to remove it: Using The Production with Zoom.
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the rules of using the service are in the Terms of Service. Hosts can download everything in their account, or delete it entirely, from Settings.
